MSI TomHawk Very slow startup

Last bios time : 68.5 Second. usually it's 40 which is also long. with my Intel it was barely 10 and on my asus 2016 laptop it's 2

I have 3 HDD that I can hear starting on pc reboot for no reason.
also there is terrible delay until I have the MSI logo

I only change Game Boost tried On/off
TREF 65545 or something
EXPO On
Power Gear mode Off
Power Down Auto
Context On

It starting to annoy me and I never knew a motherboard could behave like this.... really MSI FIX THIS ASAP, this would be my first and last MSI motherboard. Asrock Intel didn't have an issue like this.

I updated to newest bios just now and it still causing the HDD to turn off/On randomly every restart. sometimes it works fine , sometimes not.
