MSI Trident 008US wont turn on

My MSI Trident 008US - Serial MSB906GBS0102594 -  that I have had for < 1 yr won't turn on. If I unplug/plug it will blink once and not turn on. Mouse is lit so it has power. The last thing I did was  Start > Sleep and now it wont turn on.

I had this problem previously and sent it to RMA and they fixed it. I was told there was a known issue when I called in. Should I submit another RMA and send it in?

Anyone else having issues powering on similar desktops?
