Hello Everyone ,
I'm new here , and recently i bought the MSI Trident 3 arctic , the system came with windows 10 pre-installed and i'm using 2 samsung CF24390 monitors , well since both monitors have only VGA and HDMI Ports , and the trident 3 has DVI as default GPU output source , i had to connect both monitors to the HDMI ports in my system , and since day 1 i had flickering problems with both of my monitors ( random blinking screen) , alright sorry for the long talk but i need to explain the situation so you can help me , i did some research online it they advised me to install the latest intel drivers , however , when i enter the device manager , in my display adapters tab , i  only find the nvidia GTX 1070 driver , when i tried to download the intel drivers from the msi website , it says that my system does not meet the minimum requirement to install the driver , so my question is , am i supposed to have only one display driver or i'm supposed to have both ( like on laptops) and if i do what should i do to install the intel driver ??
Thank you for your help and sorry again for the long post .

This system has installed graphic card so don't install Intel graphic driver.
Intel graphic driver is just for without graphic card.

It is DVI-D on graphic card. (Not DVI-I)
Please also check this apadpter. VGA to DVI-?
Or use DP monitor for second.

hello ,
so i'm not supposed to install the intel driver ?? then why is it in the trident website ?
also i have 2 more questions if you don't mind mr.yang .
1- i have a dvi to HDMI adapter , will that work as well ? ( however i'm afraid it will affect gaming ) .
2- recently msi uploaded a new BIOS driver form the trident , however i don't seem to have any problems with my current BIOS version , should i upgrade my firmware to the A20 version or not ?
thank you for your help !!

1.If systme is not installed graphic card, it can be install Intel graphic driver.

2.I am suggest using HDMI monitor or DP monitor.
The quarity cannot guarantee for any adapter.
Adapter is not MSI production.

3.Please provide Serial Number as below to us for this system you used and then will be check BIOS version again.
Serial Number on the back cover and on the box.
It is SOP how to check it as below link:
