I have also windows 7 ultimate.
I installed the vista drivers from the msi website and restarted my pc. Then I installed the drivers from the tv@anywhere cd and after then installed the pvr.
I opened the TV@Anywhere Plus, but when I'm clicking on the 'Watch and record DTV program' (the icon of the screen at the top) it's getting stuck and not opening.
Why is that?

I also have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, but I am having a different issue.
After installing the drivers, everything runs fine but after a reboot, the MSI PVR software will not have any sound, and Live TV on MediaCenter will have no sound and a really irregular frame rate.
Sometime rebooting? fixes it, if I start the PVR software first.
Sometime I have to reinstall the drivers to fix the problem.
Any clues?

Guys... I am also having that problem.
When drivers and TV app installs, I get sound, but a grey screen... I adjust the video settings to get picture, and all's fine.
As soon as the machine restarts, the audio disappears.
Someone point the way pleeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaassssssssseeeeeeeee!!!!

I have two new issues.
If I have opened TV for around 6hours then sound is a little faster than picture. First I can hear sound and than you see tolking libs. It isn't a second but I can see it.
Well, after TV restart it works ok again.

Second one, I just wanna ask something. In Windows XP, if I play a movie in BS Player, I can control Volume, FF>>,<<RW,(rewind?) from Remote Controler, but in Windows 7 this function do not work.

I got similar problem too, REMOTE CONTROL doesn't work in W7 32 bit operating system, processor AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ 2.10 GHz
I download new drivers and installed them but still didn't work, sometime I feel the MSI doesn't care too much this kind of issues. I will take in consideration in my next purchase.

Have you informed MSI about this issue, and allowed them to look into it?

I never used the remote control when I had this card, but as I understand it, the remote receiver should appear as an extra HID-input device in Device Manager.
