I've read the contents of this thread and I have tried.
1. I installed the drivers for vista and restart.
2. I see divice manager, working.
3. I installed the drivers for xp which is on the CD.
4. I installed PVR plus on the CD.
but I have not succeeded.

I also tried to install codecs Win7, change the brightness of the screen and has not been successful

Nothing needed, just go to SET after you turn on your pvr Plus, go to Video and somewhere there you have Color just click Default and enjoy.... :)
