You know for the past 10 years it was always a dream of mine to get an MSI laptop. I purchased this laptop about a month ago. I use it for all my accounting work and for gaming. I would just like to say that I am disappointed. a R60,000.00 laptop that cant play a simple game like Dota 2. The game glitches from time to time and it just freezes for like 5 seconds flat and it stutters while playing as well then its fine again but this stuttering really messes with the gameplay. Oddly enough even when I put the laptop to sleep for some reason the fan just comes on about 6 or 7 times before it keeps quite. You know when you spend this amount of money on a laptop you would expect it to perform and have no issues. FYI I use the HDMI port for my second MSI screen for work purposes. But yeah it is what it is I dont have the energy or time to replace/exchange because I have already set up this laptop for all my work stuff but i will not be purchasing MSI goods anymore. The MSI image on the laptop charger is even skew and when you look underneath its got the infamous sentence "made in china" so not surprised on that front

For the glitches, freeze, and stutter while playing games, have you ever try to "clean install" the graphics drivers?
Try to follow the steps as below:
1. Download DDU tool: https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/
2. Download the graphics driver on MSI website. Although they are outdated, but they have been tested internally, and could be more stable than the latest versions.
3. Disconnect the internet and open DDU
4. Select "Remove PhysX" under Options
5. Select the Nvidia GPU/Intel GPU, and press "Clean and Restart" to uninstall the graphics drivers.
6. Install the graphics drivers that you downloaded from the website.

For the charger, I think most of the chargers are made in China, even Asus.:ROFLMAO:

What are your temperatures of CPU & GPU?
Do not use AI Auto, all my laptops over heat at those settings, I always tailor the fan speeds for when not gaming and use COOLER BOOST when gaming,
this with all my laptops, I want them as cool as possible, for better lifespan.
Do you use a stand or cooler for your laptop?
Also check in your BIOS the PL1/PL2 settings, MSI tends to crank them up to 200/200W,
they should be for i7 65/72W if you game, if not 55/65W and i9 65/75W if you game, if not 55/65W.
