Hmm, this is not good as your CPU is too hot including the PCH for 5 mins of gameplay.
The CPU can peak to 100 at times at default settings, the more important reading would be the current value as you are in game, like this screenshot if it is in game and showing 93 DegC when you are minimised it's hot.
There are a few things you can try to see what happens.
1) Limit the CPU boost frequency to see what happens, If this keeps the CPU cool but still crashes due to the PCH temperature you will know the cause of the shutdown.
2) If it does not crash but the PCH remains high / same it would indicate the CPU was your issue.
The easiest option to test the above is to disable the CPU Boost clock, this will limit performance but the point is just to see what happens.
Open the registry and go here.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\54533251-82be-4824-96c1-47b60b740d00\be337238-0d82-4146-a960-4f3749d470c7

Change the Attributes option to 2. (double click on it then edit)
After making the change, open your power plan settings and you will find a new option to disable boost mode.

Make sure you do that for the profile you use during gaming, this should keep the performance cores to 2.1GHz <and temperatures for the CPU should be no more than 75-80 DegC like this. Test this mode whilst checking with hardware monitor to find the max temperatures during gaming and if it crashes too. (clear the min / max before you try this)
Hopefully it's not the PCH temperature causing the shutdown as this is difficult to cool on your laptop.
So try like that and see how hot the CPU is after 5 mins and if it crashes.
