MSI VERSA 300 ELITE WIRELESS, can't find the macro/dpi settings in an official app.

Hello, I bought the mouse 2 days ago and now it arrived to me. I love it and everything, I even registered at MSI Center but I can't find the settings specifically for this mouse. All the components and features are downloaded btw. Thanks!

You should find the mouse settings in feature set called "Gaming Gear". It's not a feature that requires you to download but it should be listed as soon as you connect your mouse.

Finally it sees my mouse. but when I click to it, it says it needs an update. I choose both of the updates that it requires, and download it, but nothing happens. It stays like the 2nd picture. What can I do?

By the way, thanks all for your help.

It looks like the firmware is not updated correctly, otherwise, you shouldn't be able to scan the firmware update again.
