msi vigor gk30 fn function keys not working

hi guys i bought msi vigor gk30 2 months ago but yesterday my fn+f10,fn+f11 and fn+windows keys functions not worked someone knows reason?

try holding FN+ESC for >5 secs until the keyboard light reset.
not sure if it's locked by the keyboard's game mode, press the hotkey FN+WIN can enable\disable it.
