MSI VIGOR GK30 Some keys not working and its does not show on MSI Center Gaming Gear

Hello some random keys of my MSI VIGOR GK30 stopped working. Like . or ESC. My FN does work but I cant reset my keyboard without ESC. Also my MSI Center does not show my MSI VIGOR GK30 in Gaming Gear and it shows it on Mystic Light.

Any way to solve that? Its hard to copy paste every key I miss to put this message

if the keys are also not working on another system, then it's probably hardware-related. in most reviews i found on the internet, they're only configuring RGB in mystic light. maybe GK30 doesn't support gaming gear by specification.

I can confirm Vigor GK30 doesn't support gaming gear since it has no use for it.
About the keys that don't work, I agree with @teletubby_po that you should plug the keyboard into a different system to try it.
