MSI Vox II USB Card and installed it without any issues. But when I try to tune it to a channel via an aerial cable (from both the aerial  or the VCR) in scans all the frequencies but finds nothing. I have tried Arcsoft TotalMedia as well as a few other software packages. They all find the TV card, but would not tune to a channel .. I am in South Africa which should use PAL I standard. Am I missing something in a setup or the card is just faulty? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Best regards,Dmitri

Are you in an area with analogue TV coverage?

What kind of aerial are you using?

Yes, there  is coverage. In fact it is the very same cable from the aerial that I use with my TV. I also tried to use the coaxial cable from the video machine which should give the same result. So the arial or the coverage is not the problem here

That won't work.

In that case, I would suggest you get the unit exchanged, it may be faulty.

I have the same problem. After succesefull installation of driver and ArcMedia software I could see atached device, but no available channels it could found. I used coaxial cable (have a Cable TV). Then I've tried with Media Center on my Windows7, and I couldn't configure it properly, and now my pc doesn't even recognize tv tuner. The first question is do I need Media Center for watching TV if I already have ArcMedia software? And the second one, why my pc doesn't recognize DigiVox tv tuner?
Best regards, Uros
