Purpose of the VX600 1.0A BIOS Mod:

* Reverse/swap the notebook keys functions of the "Fn" key with Left "Ctrl" key.
{E.g "Fn" key will act as "Ctrl" key, and "LCtrl" will act as "Fn" key}

NOTE:
Make sure that AC Main Power is connected to your notebook, before proceed with BIOS update!!!

For BIOS update ==> >>Use the MSI HQ Forum USB flasher<<

Use it at own risk!!!

That's official version, the above is older 1.0A. Also there is no option in BIOS to swap it.

Could you help me please ?

With what? What you are trying to do?

I want to swap fn and Ctrl key,
If I update from your bios I will have this option ?
There is a risk to flash from version f to yours ?

No, its permanently no option to switch it.

BIOS flashing is always risky. I've attached latest version 1.0H [your current],
which will swap Fn+LCTRL.
Be sure to use included flash.bat if you planning to update it.

I use usb flash driver, but no effect after flashing.

I don't understand how to use flash.bat ?
Thanks in advance for your help

Can you clarify? You mean you use USB key or MSIHQ USB Tool?

I don't understand how to use flash.bat ?

boot to dos, then type "flash"  without quotes and press ENTER
Or >>Use the MSI HQ Forum USB flasher<<
