MSI warranty and rma issues......

Hi guy's....

I thought you would like to know....
I asked MSI some questions about warranty and problems with resellers/distributors, this was the reply I got:

For those users in which can't get help from their resellers or distributors.

You can ask them to contact MSI office RMA dept near them directly.

It is MSI policy that we will acknowledge any MSI board.
MSI warranty in most places is 2 years.
However, for boards that are out of warranty, repair charge will be required.

MSI UK have been spot with help and answers............ :biggthumbsup: (On mainboard not brought from DABS)

Maybe because I have explained and not argued with their answers...........

Will keep you posted............ (No details can be given sorry, as this is on-going)

MSI UK, once again giving First Class service...... :biggthumbsup:

At moment validating MSI warranty........... but cannot fault :biggthumbsup:
