MSI Web Ticket not working

Hi,
has anybody same problem? im not able create web ticket for question. After send, screen just refresh with cleared form, but i cant see any ticket in ticket history.

Sometimes site plays up looks like they may have been doing some server updates
 
but this is few days in this state :( im trying it every day
And you have filled in all the 101 questions and attached files as requested
Can you give the Live chat a Go
 
Seems to be working OK not sure what they going to say about me question but on well

Could be a regional problem

A filled everything required with photo too and regarding to live chat, when click on that a just see link to faq and forum amd under this is blank page

Not sure if anything can be done but will as one of the Admin about it.
 
i change my country to united states in the profile and live chat is available.
So has been looked into live chat is offline in you Location reason not know Web ticket from you location is working,
So what I want you to try is go in to Browser setting a and Flush out you Cache. you can find directions on line on how to do.
IF Chrome just the two show may help to get it working correctly I normal do mine once ever couple of months to prevent browser problems

i tried 3 browsers (chrome, edge, firefox) incognito mode, still same behavior. Online chat is empty screen and when i send new question, page just refresh and no ticket created. I check request through F12 in network tab and when the request is sent the response is redirect request on the same page, so it just refresh page and nothing happened. I tried change another country like germany, but same behavior. Just for USA i was able start online chat, because there wasnt option for new question. :(
