MSI Web Ticket not working

For me also web ticket does not work, worked for once then I close ticket, delete it and try new one and then did not wored. What ever I enter form always say that I must fill all required fields.
I searched for help and get answer from UK MSI support, here is email: uktechsupport@msi.com

Trying it in 2025 and it still having the same issue, I tried 5 times already and after submitting it, nothing is shown on Ticket History. Some developer broke it and no one fixed it.

I've also tried the provided link by Blackburd but it's eternally connecting to a live agent.

I'm trying to open a ticket regarding this issue.

My PC keeps losing BIOS settings after a "double power cycle" - MSI PRO B660M-P DDR4

I'm having a really frustrating issue with my PC build and I'm hoping someone here might have some insight. My BIOS settings keep resetting, but only when the computer experiences a specific "double power cycle" during startup.

Here's my setup:
  • Mobo: MSI PRO B660M-P DDR4 (7D24v2I Version)
  • CPU: Intel Core i5-13400F 4.6GHz
  • GPU: Galax NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 EX Gamer 12 GB
  • Cooler: Cooler Master Masterliquid ML120L V2
  • PSU: MSI MAG A650BN
  • RAM: 2x16GB Kingston Fury Beast KF432C16BBA/16 (32GB total)
  • Storage:
    • 500GB WD Black SN770 (M.2)
    • 960GB Kingston SA400S37/960G
    • 500GB Kllisre S600 (SATA 3)
The Problem:

Most of the time, the computer boots directly into Windows with no issues, and all BIOS settings are retained. However, about 1 in 7 times when I press the power button, the following happens:

  1. The computer powers on for 1-2 seconds.
  2. It immediately powers off.
  3. It then powers back on automatically. (I've read that's called a double power cycle)
  4. I get a message (which I unfortunately haven't been able to capture) prompting me to press F1 to enter setup.
  5. When I enter the BIOS, all my settings are reset to default: XMP profile disabled, water cooler settings lost, USB Legacy disabled, and the clock is either completely wrong (years in the past) or a few hours off.
What I've Tried:

  • New CMOS Battery: I initially suspected the CMOS battery, but replacing it didn't solve the problem. The issue isn't related to power outages either.
  • BIOS Update: I updated the BIOS to the latest version. Ironically, the problem seems to have become more frequent after the update. It used to happen maybe 1 in 45 startups, now it's closer to 1 in 7.
  • Google/AI Research: I've tried searching online and using AI tools to diagnose the issue, but haven't found anything conclusive.
My Questions:

  • Has anyone else encountered this specific "double power cycle" issue with the MSI PRO B660M-P DDR4 or similar motherboards?
  • Is this a known issue with this BIOS version?
  • Could this be a sign of a failing component (PSU, motherboard, etc.)? I'm leaning towards motherboard, but I'm not sure.
  • Any suggestions for further troubleshooting steps?
I'm really at my wit's end here. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.
