my MSI wide curved monitor MD342CQP has charging issue with MacBook NEO. the laptop battery icon showing charging but in the system AC charger information showing:
Connected: Yes
ID: 0x0000
Wattage (W): 45
Family: 0xe000400a
Charging: No
No issue with my cable which support even 98W chaging. anyone has same issue?

Please check that“Type-C PD Charge”feature is enabled in the OSD menu under the Settings page for MD342CQP monitor.

Have you tried both USB Type C ports on MacBook Neo? Also, are you using the USB-C to USB-C cable that came with the MacBook Neo? Or please make sure the battery level is drained to 60% or lower before the test.

Did testing for battery blow 40%. Using UBSC to USBC cable which support 240W fast charging.
Charging with power bank 18W, charging showing Yes
Charging with my work desk AC charger 45W, charging showing Yes
Charging with monitor, power AC charging showing no, and no issue with my HP work computer

MSI engineer will investigate it but was told they don't have Macbook Neo right now, will take some time to obtain it for further testing.
Please wait patiently.
