tRFC at 83 isn't high enough for your modules; you need 88.  You need your memory ratio at 5.  Return your baseclock to 160, but change the CPU multiplier to x12.  Put the uncore on the lowest multiplier, too.

Let's not concentrate on what you can boot (DDR-1333), let's focus on getting DDR-1600 working.  I only just realised you've been trying to overclock the CPU and memory at the same time - this doesn't work.

Screenshot with CPU tweaker, not CPU-Z, also.  CPU-Z does not give enough in depth timing information.

have  to go to bed guy been at this all day 15  :sleep:hours straight, see you in the morning if you still want to help, I am so very gratfull your there

May I just add my input here?

You mention the memory you are using is CORSAIR DOMINATOR6GB - 3X 2GB DDR3 1600MHZ - TR3X6G1600C8DG

I used to have 3x1GB of this stuff and the maximum I could get out of it was 1.5GHz. RMA'd it and it was found to be faulty.

Replaced it with 6GB OCZ found here: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-136-OC and my system's ROCK stable at 1.76 GHz 8-8-8-24 1T memory; SiSoft Sandra reports 30GB/sec memory bandwidth.

I'm not a fan of Corsair - I built a system for my Brother 6 years ago and used Corsair Value Select and that was found to be faulty too.
