MSI X670e GAMING PLUS WIFI WON'T BOOT

After updating to the 7E16v1B i cant log , i always the a error usb device over current status detected will shutdown in 15 seconds , obviously i disconnected all things , then changed usb ports , then made combinations on the usb ports , and 9 of 10 times it just get that message , it cant be a problem of the usb device since im here , to be honest this happend with the previous beta version too the 7E16v1B2(Beta version) , im with the 7E16v1A and its fine i guess , there is any solution to this problem ? Im new on the MSI family and never had any problems with my previous motherboard from other brand , and used it for almost 15 years!

Which CPU do you use? Maybe provide full configurations of your system so others might have a clue about what happened.

I have 9600x with 6650 xt , but as long i don't update to that version of bios everything runs good. And cant be USB things since i took OFF all and it still gives the error , its the bios.

7E16v1B also somehow disables the network both wired and network, I had to roll back to get networking working again.
