Good morning,
I bought a MSI X99S Gaming 7 when I first turned it on it showed 00 I figured that was normal as there was no error code listed in the manual but I wasn’t getting any video output from my graphics card. I’ve tried single Ram in all 8 slots to make sure all 8 sticks of Ram are good which they are. I’ve tried video card in my other computer and it works. I’m now getting errors 19,60,55 cycling. What do I need to do to get my video output to work?

Mind to share your system configuration such as CPU, GPU, RAM...etc?
Is that a second hand motherboard & CPU? Have you tried to clear CMOS first?
Debug code 55 means: Memory not installed. How did you know your RAM is okay? Does it work in other system?

Yep, that's memory issue.
See here for details how to provide a full and detailed system specs. 1st:

Start by just putting in 1 chip on the slot closest to the back ports. It may boot then. If it does update the bios to the latest and then add memory one at a time until you get them all in or it quits working. My gaming 7, with the latest BIOS, can only get 6 of the 8 slots filled before it cycles through 19, 60, 55. My memory is fine. I can take known good ram from slots 5 and 6 and put them in 7 or 8 and it won't boot. It's a BIOS issue.

Hope this helps.
