MSI X99S SLI Plus

Hi all i wonder if someone could clear something up for me ? im looking at getting the MSI X99S SLI Plus (love the black look) and trying to find out if i can use

PCI_E1 and PCI_E5 for sli rather than PCI_E1 and PCI_E3 as i feel this config would be to close , i will be using a 5820K cpu ?

For your CPU used:
1  card:  PCI_E1: 3.0 x16
2 cards: PCI_E1: 3.0 x16 , PCI_E3: 3.0 x8
3 cards: PCI_E1: 3.0 x8 , PCI_E3: 3.0 x8 , PCI_E5: 3.0 x8

Your question if you can use PCI_E1 & PCI_E5, instead PCI_E1 & PCI_E3
Based on the info yes, they should run at 2 x8
