Msi Z490 Unify bios defaults restore

Hi all,

I have an Msi Z490 Unify and I7 10700k combo.
Today I was trying customize the bios and do little OC. Every time I was not really happy with the results. So I have started over and over. Due to this I set back many times the bios to default settings.

My question: Does this many resets to default settings can damage the motherboard or cause any problems?
