Per the last step of citay's mentioned post, if you are connected to internet, check Windows Update-Advanced Options-Optional Updates to see if there is a "Driver" something like Micro-Star INT'L CO., LTD. - System

my keyboard and mouse feels slow in games.

No, USB doesn't need any drivers, the Microsoft default one is used. What do you mean, "feels slow"?

If your mouse/kb is wireless and the transceiver is plugged into a rear port, try moving transceiver to a port on the front or top of your case. Or try using a short USB extension cable to get transceiver away from rear of your case. Sorry I am not a gamer so don't know any potential optimizations such as display settings or whatever.
