Hello,

I have a weird issue that basically comes and go, no idea where it comes from.

So basically at a random day the PC decides to give me a VGA EZ debug LED on my motherboard, at a cold start. Simple restart on the case button, solve the issue. After I used the restart button, the PC boot as if nothing is wrong. I can game for hours, i don't see any signs of a failing GPU whatsoever.

My question is, what can cause this issue? Software or maybe a motherboard issue?

System specs;
CPU: i9-12900k
Cooler: MEG CoreLiquid S280
RAM: G.Skill 32 GB DDR4-3600 Kit
Motherboard: MPG Z690 EDGE WIFI DDR4
GPU: RTX 3080 Ti Suprim X
PSU: AX1200i
Storage; 1x m.2 SAMSUNG 980 PRO 1TB / 3 x Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500 GB
OS: Windows 11 Pro 64Bits
Keyboard: VIGOR GK50 LOW PROFILE
Mouse: Logitech G502 X

BIOS version;

Thanks for any help

Best guess is that for some reason the computer isn't recognizing the GPU on bootup. Do you have fast boot enabled? Maybe try disabling that?

Is it connected via DP cable?
Try this GPU Firmware Update Tool from NVIDIA:
https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/ans...nvidia-gpu-firmware-update-tool-for-displayid
I've tried that, unfortunately i'm getting this message;
"this update is not applicable to the graphics card in your pc nvidia firmware"

I guess it's already up-to-date?

Yes, i've disabled fast boot. I did another test, and so far it's getting recognized if I let my monitor on (I let the monitor shutdown/sleep on it's own). As soon as i'm start my PC, i'm getting a display.

I've no idea why or whats causing this?
