MSI Z690 - how to disable bios boot delay?

I already enabled fastboot, how the heck do I disable the "-" that shows on a black screen for like 10 seconds before it even initializes my devices?
It's annoying as hell for a $300 board.
Also enabling MSI fastboot disables USB devices at post, therefore you can't even key into the bios. Had to reset CMOS by pulling battery which was behind my graphics card. This is insane.

probably one of the device takes long time to be recognize?
Can you list your detail system configuration? or try to remove every device and see which one is causing the delay?

Thanks for the reply,
I am using a ducky keyboard, custom built system, intel i9-12900K, 16GB DDR4, AudioEngine DAC via USB, Logitech mouse receivers, XBOX WiFi USB Adapter.
I dont think its any of my devices, but I will try unplugging..
I went into Memory Fast Boot and set Memory Training to No Training. This was able to cut the time down for boot into windows from 35s to 16s, still something is going on. When I turn on my computer I get a black screen with the only symbol shown is a "-" for several seconds before the bios even posts and shows my devices being initialized, I think this BIOS is missing a post delay field which seems hard coded, very unfortunate for a board at this price, I almost can't believe it.

Not sure if Intel had it but look for Memory Change detect and disable

I was wondering if the black screen with the white "-" had something to do with the video card initializing or something. I have a Z590 and mine is only present for a few seconds.

Also, what apps do you have that auto -start, they are what makes a big difference in start time.

4000mhz Gskill bdie 32gb memory
MSI edge z690 ddr4 bios 1.20
Asus Strix 3080ti
S-ATA samsung 850 ssd 256gb(bootdrive)
S-ATA samsung 860 ssd 2tb

11.5 sec boottime,windows says that.

This is helpful, we have similar systems and my system takes 16s to load. Can't be too upset about it then, I also get the - for about 5 seconds. I also have a 3080Ti with Resizable BAR ON.

Iim guessing the extra 5s is from my windows apps starting up. It's mostly just my AV, and lighting software and Rainmeter

Nothing crazy just my lighting software, Rainmeter, antivirus - Malwarebytes, and other non windows services for steam, search everything etc.
