msi z87 g45 gaming supports supercharger

I cannot find anywhere in it's documentation where it states that it supports super charger. I would assume that it does not.
HOWEVER....in the downloads section for this motherboard, it apparently has the driver/utility available for download.
So I'll be honest, I cannot say with any certainty that it DOES or DOES NOT support it. Install the utility and give it a try to see if it works.

So;
It won't let you charge phone/tablet (any USB device) when the PC is off as this board does NOT have red USB 2.0 header like this one:

Though with appropriate settings within BIOS you will be able to do this while PC is in sleep mode or simply running (super charger would increase voltage output of USB2.0 header)
