MSI Z97 GAMING 3 problem whit microphone on a natec hx77 headset

HI!
I istaled the drivers for Realtek ALC1150 also the driver for the headset .
The headset works fine for youtube or gaming ,but when i open a program the uses the microphone (skype) or going in to the recording devices settings , the headset its turning on and off a few times weird noises and then it off i need to replug it to work again .
Iplug it in the back panel ,also i tested on my laptop there it's working fine , also i tested another headset that uses jack and there its ok also .
So the p[roblem must be betwin the usb hx77 and this motherboard .

Please help and sry for my bad eng it's not my native language

which realtek drivers version you are using?
what os you are running?

You plugged the HX77 USB headset to back panel and it is working good ?
Did you check the cable between JUSB and front USB port ?

driver for realtek 6.0.1.7293 and im using windows 7 ultimate 64 bits

You plugged the HX77 USB headset to back panel and it is working good ? no its not working front or back but its working on my laptop so the headset its not the problem

yes also tried to instal realtek driver from realtek website

Also i don't know if it helps ,but if i disable in recording devices all the headset works fine if i enable it will freeze and the headset is turning off

Is there any other user using the same headset and have the same problem?

Is this problem also happen with other headset or microphone?
Maybe it's a compatibility problem...
