Hi,

I don't think heatsinks will be a problem here, since almost all motherboards' heatsinks are no taller than ports on the back so in my opinion this should fit. I'd rather think that you might not be able to use all RAM slots.
I suggest you either ask seller, MSI or BeQuiet about this as we have no exact measurements of each thing.

For images see >>Forum Features<<

2 RAM sticks are meant to be used in slots #1 and #3 or #2 and #4 (not sure, manual tells exactly which ones) for stable and correct usage. And #1+#2 might be covered by the cooler, so either way you might not be able to use default RAM slots.

Yeah link works fine.
In my opinion cooler should fit, but as said, we have no measurements for motherboard now.

RAM doesn't matter as you will be only able to use 2-3 RAM slots, unless you go for low profile (without a heatsink).

It should be fine, its the same as the non-pro, just wider. I'm sure the pro mounts the same way as the non pro Dark Rock 3 too, so watch the bracket for touching one of the caps to the left of the cpu socket. It comes really close to the bracket (like less than a mm.)
