MSI Z97 MGaming Big problem random times BSOD

I change my Msi Z87 Mgaming to Z97 Mgaming and my pc I have been getting random BSODS & random times & my PC was fine before having these  new Motherboard installed.

My current PC specs:

MSI Z97 MGaming (Bios 1.30)
Intel i5 4670K
4x 4GB Gskill Sniper DDR3 F3-14900CL9D-BGBSR DDR3-1866 CL9-10-9-28 1.50V
SAPPHIRE TOXIC R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 (UEFI)
Power Supply Corsair TX650
Samsung Evo 840 SSD 2.5 SATA III 250GB
SO Windows 8.1

Open the Killer Network Manager and uncheck the box for "Enable Bandwidth Control". This option has wreaked havoc on both my Z77A-G45 Gaming and my Z97 Gaming 7 setups.

Lower this to 1600 and try again.

my chaos start again with BSOD.

today when i start download from internet VLC i take a BSOD. I checked and today is a IRQ error see the print screen.

If your IRQ error is the same as the thread referenced above: "driver irql not less or equal ndis.sys" it is a network driver problem. Have you tried my suggestion posted earlier?

What is my suggestion is that if you get BSOD once again, write down (or take a photo) of the BSOD error code.

install latest Killer drivers 1.1.42.1045:

if problem persist, tell the BSOD error code received

i have that drivers instaled Killer drivers 1.1.42.1045:. tks

i do the advise of Zuhl3156 to uncheck the box for "Enable Bandwidth Control" in Killer Network Manager And at the moment no BSOD  .

you can enable "Enable Bandwidth Control" with latest drivers, should't cause issue
