Msinfo giving most information wrong and can’t be changed..

I tried to use Amidewin and Amideefi but it kept saying dmi read only and I couldn’t change a couple of things. The picture will show u what I couldn’t change. This problem caused my msi center to malfunction and won’t even let me choose usage scenarios on my MSI Katana GF66 11UE,
If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it. I’ve been begging and looking for help but it was a dead end… I’m stuck with this problem for 4 months now

You could try a clean install of the latest version of MSI Center following the steps in FAQ 4147. and sharing a video or image showing MSI Center malfunctioning.

I think its because MSI Center doesn’t know what motherboard and system manufacturer the laptop is using which is causing problems like unstable performance and many more

You could try contacting MSI technical support or official customer service; they may be able to assist in identifying or correcting the motherboard manufacturer used in the laptops or providing operational information compatible with MSI Center.
