Hmmm i think better get gtx 1050Ti, i was used that vga, performance for FHD is not bad.

Hi, vanea.petrov! I stream on Twitch and also post some let's play Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) videos on Youtube. For these cases I use https://www.gecata.com/. It's both a game recorder and streaming program. You can download it for free on your pc and try it. If you like it then you should buy the paid version cause it is really good. This software has some cool settings like recording the stream, adding your webcam video, some effects and music from the game, and also some hotkeys like zooming a particular part of the screen.
