Yes it does as it has to swap between the Intel Graphics and Nvidia Graphics so has a MUX

Does it support Nvidia Advanced Optimus?

Yes as it uses the MUX as part of Optimus and powers down the Dedicated to near 0 power when not needed.

Is the memory that it comes with single rank or dual rank? And is the memory x8 or x16?

it has 2x 8GB DDR4, 3200 MHz RAM Modules more then likely there single Rank Modules.
