My a320m pro e mobo has a version E7A36AMS.I00. Can't update it.

I can't seem to update my motherboard , since the bios file I downloaded from the official website is not showing. I would like to know any reasons. and solutions. Thank you

MSI Tool Summary - Motherboard

BIOS Update is not mandatory. We recommend to NOT do BIOS update unless you notice issues that could possibly be fixed by BIOS update.

how are you doing with these 3 things?

1: what format is your USB Stick?
2: what Capacity is your USB Stick?
3: what files are you putting on the Stick from the download?

I tried every versions, one by one, in the website. When that version is not working, I just format the usb again, and try another version, same goes the others. But I have done that, nothing shows up.
And yes I put those two files

what is your Current BIOS Version in your BIOS? is it the E7A36AMS.I00 you said above or what is it exactly as if it is that may be a OEM board with a BIOS on it that is not able to be changed with a Retail BIOS.

E7A36AMS.Ixx BIOS is from some kind of Prebuilt Machine not a Retail Board of any kind as its a Custom BIOS the Manufacturer of the Machine it came out used. Retail ones would be E7A36AMS.Hxx so your trying to Flash a Prebuilt board BIOS with a Retail BIOS so it is refusing as its looking for a "I" Version of the BIOS not the "H" version on the Product site so I Am afraid it will not work [***CENSORED***] the BIOS is blocking it to Prevent a Bad Flash.

Here's the latest bios also installed on my motherboard.
1. my workaround is download the MS-7A36.exe from msi live update 6
2. extract the MS-7A36.exe
3. copy the E7A36AMS.I10 to the flash drive root folder
4. lastly flash with M-flash

That is not a retail bios
May be Prebuilt

You Board if retail will have 7A36-.-H-1

Would you be so kind to somehow share this E7A36AMS.I10 file? Probably to some fileshare.
