My a320m pro e mobo has a version E7A36AMS.I00. Can't update it.

I can't seem to update my motherboard , since the bios file I downloaded from the official website is not showing. I would like to know any reasons. and solutions. Thank you

Hello everyone. I had the same issue but I was successful in updating the BIOS. And now a new issue has occurred. USB 3 no longer works. Even the front USB 3 don't work. I've looked around the BIOS and can't find an entry that disables it. Has anyone encountered such problem? If so, how did you resolve it?

Another thing. Has anyone tried updated the BIOS using the one from retail versions? They seem to have the same file size. I have an EEPROM programmer but I'm hesitant to try because OEM version may have some settings that could potentially damage the board.

Never mind. Just decided to flash the BIOS with the commercial version using an EEPROM programmer. All is well so far.

Hi there! Unfortunately I have the same issue with usb 3. Had to solve the issue buying plate with 20 pin connector (which actually works). So what's your recon? Will OEM work with native updater or EEPROM is the only safe option? Thank you.

Hello everyone. I was successful in updating the BIOS with .I41 version. And now a new issue has occurred. USB 3.0 no longer works. Even the front USB 3 don't work. Had to solve the issue buying plate with 20 pin connector (which actually works). But is there any chance to fix this problem? Thank you.

Hi good sir, I have the same problem with my motherboard. Can I ask for this bios version E7A36AMS.I10?..because im only using Athlon 200GE i already tried the latest version but did not work, so maybe it needs the old version.

I hope you can share with me the bios E7A36AMS.I10, really appreciate it thanks

Already tried the ones in the website but also not working, this motherboard was given by my friend only

Anyways, thanks for the file. Ill save it just incase I want to update it, but for now Ill just keep it in my drive because I saw some people having issues with their USB 3.0 not working after the E7A36AMS.I41 update...

This will be my second board i received with .I00 bios. the last one was successful in flashing with a retail version of bios. but this new one somehow wasn't successful. it only try to start but would just shut down. but when i flashed with the .I41 bios, the USB3 seems to be working fine.. what's up with that?
