My account accessing the MSI homepage is locked, I don't know where to send support about this issue

After registering for the company's new product, my account was locked and no channels were found that could support me.

Nothing we can do about it. You can try calling MSI or sending them an email about this.
 
Maybe my answer is a bit late.
I had the same problem from the early December until today.
I could log in to the Member Center and the German Forum but was unable to log in to the English Forum.
They locked my Forum account because I used 1.1.1.1.
The people at MSI are a bit crazy.

Conclusion:
The people at MSI are a bit crazy.
It reminds me a bit of the "good old days" behind the Iron Curtain.

Just a idea.
I guess you have a (mobile / smart) phone. In the Google playstore is a app called MyMSI membership. Under SERVICE you can open a ticket.
