Had this graphics card for less than a year, still have the box for it too. And when it worked: it worked well. Components were all new. One day: it failed to post. I had it sent to get it RMA'd since it was still under warranty. They accepted and, after paying 120ish dollars to have it sent to them insured by FEDEX, it got there. I believe once it was in their hands, it was about 12 days that they had it before it was sent back to me (which color me impressed).
The card worked after a couple times before we had a spectacular fail that made the component burst into blue smoke which made me instinctively turn it off while my wife angerly shook her head and the little one ran away screaming because she's never seen a computer component actually do that. I asked them to waive the shipping because this definitely wasn't our fault as we got another 2080ti (ASUS) and it worked perfectly fine. Several times. No issues with it since. They did so and I've been calling them checking on the progress of this card because, to be quite honest: I'm pretty gun shy about it all now. It became to the point to where they were starting to get passive aggressive with my call volume mentioning that I had called previously and whatnot. Wouldn't be an issue if you fixed the thing right but now I have to micromanage by asking all the questions
Its still under RMA but my review would essentially be this: When it works, it works well. It was almost as if you had Usain Bolt as a graphics card and gaming was just this cute little 30 meter dash. It was nothing but speed in perfect form. But, relative to my experience, when it doesn't: You might have two RMAs. The reps are not going to be helpful. They will probably lie to you about the state as to how the cards are currently in terms of stability (This "supervisor" said that he didn't have to deal with alot of this issue yet he was super backed up, like, how does that even happen?)
By the by: they called me on Christmas eve to tell me they were going to bare minimum this. I had to correct him in telling him that they were replacing it and I had it in writing. You know they extend warranties for stuff like this, right? I dunno. They told me it wasn't a big deal that we just don't have this component for almost a full calendar month and I'm sure that if they send me the same card back I'm going to have to actually talk to someone in a suit because that was not the agreed upon thing we were going to do.
Tl;dr: Worked, had two RMAs (still on the second), Its a game busting, neck turning, gorgeous piece of electronics...when it works. Beware of the reps and bad repair jobs. Be well and drink water.
