I don't know whether I could help. But these are my configurations:
* MSI Z68A-GD80 (B3)
* Core i7 2600K
* LCD TV Samsung LA26R71B
* GTS450 Zotac AMP Edition

When I tried to connect my Rig to my TV via HDMI, the POST is OK since I can hear 3 beep and 1 high pitch beep. And the UEFI menu can be shown up on my TV, well even it was displayed incorrectly but at least it worked. I'm pretty sure that your TV is the latest one compared to mine, since mine was manufactured around late 2006. But, have you tried another HDMI cable? My HDMI cable is Chinesse made that I bought for only $10, but clearly it is support HDMI 1.3. maybe you use the older version HDMI cable?

If you said that you just hear 1 beep, please consult to MSI since the beeping sound of POST which I knew for years is totally different with my current modern BIOS (UEFI). You can help MSI tech support by telling them the detail info, since your HDMI connected system won't complete its POST. You can consider to borrow or even buy PCI Diagnostic Card that support the latest BIOS Phoenix. This card can tell you on which POST code your booting process is stopped. Maybe MSI tech support can help you with this code.

Hello

Im still waiting for my second reply from
the support... It's been a week...
Can I start a new thread with the same questions or do I have to wait longer?
I really want to know if I should send it back for a new one or if it can be fixed with new BIOS or drivers?

Thank You

Exactly the same problem here.
Tonight I downloaded all new drivers but that did not work as well.
Tomorrow I will try to return the board and buy an other brand. This sucks

Joined the forum for this useless bit of information? Don't bother asking for assistance here if brand X has a problem too. Rather than complain, try any of the suggestions here in this thread? Without a signature, same exact components? Why not have started a new thread describing the exact trouble & looking for a solution rather than just this rubbish?
