What's your exact board model? The model name "7D91" is used for a several different boards which require different updates, a bunch of Z790 DDR4 or DDR5 board models.

As for the BIOS name, you have to differentiate between the website naming scheme and the BIOS filename / BIOS naming scheme.

On the website it's "board model code" (7D91) + "version" (as vXX).
In the BIOS is's "board model code" (7D91) + "IMS" (Intel) / "AMS" (AMD) + "version" (as .XXX).

So "7D91vH4" on the website, when you download and extract the actual BIOS file, becomes "E7D91IMS.H40".

But as might have already noticed, all normal BIOS versions for Intel boards will have an "IMS" in the filename, not an "IZ1". When you download a retail board's "IMS" update, you cannot use it to update the BIOS of your board. Your board is most likely part of a pre-built complete system, where they have used a custom BIOS version. To update that, you have to inquire with the vendor who's selling that pre-built system.

There's a way to flash the BIOS of the retail board on your board (after finding out which exact board model it is), but that would be at your own risk. Afterwards it would have the "IMS" BIOS name too.

Thank you. Ahem.

You still have left it unclear wether this board is from a pre-built system. Can you please inform me if that is the case, with the exact model name of said system?
Can you make a screenshot or a photo of the main BIOS page?
