My keyboard writes meaningless characters

Hello, I have a msi gt70 laptop, it has been cleaned and changed the thermal paste, the original keyboard was broken with some keys and did strange things.
A new keyboard was bought, but this keyboard also does the same thing and I don't know what to do, when you start from the bios, the tabulation arrow cursors did not work and that surprised me.
If I put a USB keyboard, everything works correctly.
I have checked the long connector of the keyboard and it does not appear that there is a visually bent or broken pin, everything seems normal.
Why could this be happening and what can I do? YouTube video attached. I do not speak english. I can write English without problems.

It does not write any language, just random characters and always the same depending on the keyboard button you press, you can see the YouTube video, link that I have put in the text.
Regarding the BIOS, as you know, the mouse is not used to direct and move in the BIOS menus, the arrow tab is used; Up down right left. These do not work or the F10 or anything.
Because the order of the button is not what it should...
I don't think it's a software problem, I think it's due to the hardware, because if you use a USB keyboard, either wired or wireless... It works perfectly.

Well, it is recommended to have the latest BIOS and EC firmware.
