My laptop won't boot

I bought new MSI laptop two weeks ago, and today It wont booting:

its MSI GP72 leopard pro.

I press start button, fans are running, but there is only black screen.

any idea how to fix it ?
 
Could BIOS menu be opened by pressing [Delete]?
 

Try to check your storage status.
 
No I can't, because MSI logo won't show up.

My friend recommended me to remove RAM and then put it back, but I don't if is it right solution
