My MSI MAG321CQR doesn't recognize my MacBook Pro M1.

I had connected my monitor to my Mac with an HDMI adapter and the monitor says "No signal" and stay with a black screen.
I have the last update of MacOS, I tried the Botton "Search screens" of my configuration but nothing happens and I can't do any configuration in the monitor because its just black.

Sorry for my English, im Spanish native. I really expect for an answer.
