my poor laptop

i had a msi laptop it was my baby, loved it as it was my first gaming laptop i took out a care plan with the shop sadly i need a repair so off it went. due back in 7 days i thought great the day it was due back i got a text with a time slot 7 - 10.30am by 6pm 2 phone call later nothing long story short it was due back the following Monday then the Wednesday then Friday after no joke 18 phone call the admitted they not sure where it was.

I'm not sure what you expect MSI to do about it......
You should really be contacting the shop and shipping company and sorting it out with them.

I wasn't expecting MSI to do anything it had nothing to do with then hence why it was in section "anything under the sun" i was just saying that i loved my msi and that they do great laptops i wasnt blaming MSI not everyone has to blame the world for things.

we are a bit too used to people complaining here. it happens far too much.

anyway sorry to hear your having problems getting it back. you have my best wishes that the shop you got it from can find it and get it back to you.

Thank you badboy2k hopefully i will know tomorrow if they found it or replacing it

Was it a big store where you took their care plan? It sounds a bit odd or uncommon that after many calls they are like "hey man, we have no idea what's going on here".... I hope it was maybe because they had a lot on their plate and hadn't had a chance to look at you laptop as opposed to really not knowing what's happening.

It's been a couple of days know so for all I know your "baby" is back with you safe and sound, providing you with the level of gaming he/she accustomed you :LOL:
