My side tempered glass panel of MSI FORGE 100M shattered on its own!

I recently bought my forge 100M casing and i droped my side pannel and it shattered . Will MSI give a replacemnt for me . I have submitted a ticket asking for replacement. I need to know will they send me the replacemnt glass.i bought the casing recently.
