My system stability is confusing me

So I recently upgraded to win 11 and I was having bsod problems my system then was a ryzen 5 3600 b450 Tomahawk Max G.Skill F4-3600C18-8GVK, 2×8 GB I turned off xmp and it was good but I wasnt able to find a stable Ram frequency at 3200mhz with xmp or at 3600mhz with xmp I found this out with memtest, note that my Ram has been with me for 10 months on win 10 though I did not memtest or occt test it it was working okay at defualt xmp 3600mhz.

Now I bought a ryzen 7 5700x everything is the same but my testing has confused me
At default frequency 2133 mhz
Memtest86 fails
Cinebench fails
OCCT Ram/Cpu+ Ram Fails

With XMP at lower frequency 3200
Memtest86 pass 4/4
Cinebench fails
OCCT Ram/Cpu + Ram fails
OCCT Cpu Pass

With default XMP at 3600mhz
Memtest86 fails
Cinebench pass single core/Multi tread
OCCT Ram/CPU + Ram/CPU pass

I really dont understand where the issue might be coming from. Any insight would help.

did you do a Upgrade to windows 11 from windows 10 or did you do a Full Clean Install of windows 11?

also what BIOS Version do you have on your B450 Tomahawk Max motherboard currently?

Initially I did but bc of the issues I did a clean install and also upgraded my bios.

BIOS version: E7C02AMS.3M4
BIOS build date: July 27, 2026

This does sound odd. What are the rest of your components, like CPU cooler, PSU model...? Are the temperatures ok under load?

Psy be quiet pure power 11 89+ gold cpu cooler peerless assasin pa 120 my tems are really good even under load I just cane from the pc shop where i got my cpu and what the guy there did was bump the dram voltage to 1.440v and so far my test are normal I will have to finish all of my test to be sure tho
