My webcam is not working Someone please help

I have MSI PE70 6QE and have problem with camera long time and support told me that buy recovery image usb i bought still i have problem. It doesnt show up in Device manager. I tried the reset camera it doesnt help me at all i tried fn+ f6 nothing help. Please see the pictures. Really appreciate your time and help.

Also tried powershell solution

A. Uninstall - Type Powershell in Windows Start Search box
Right click on Powershell > Run As Administrator
Copy the below and paste into Powershell and Enter

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsCamera | Remove-AppxPackage

B. Reinstall
Right click on Windows Start > Click Windows Powershell (Admin) > Copy the below command and right click in Powershell to paste > Enter

Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsCamera | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
it didn't work as well.

Hi I tried fn+ f6 also I will try the download new version of SCM today. And will look into ec resetting . It doesn’t show up at all in hidden device. I try add from legacy drive and the camera section and camera section there is nothing also you can see the picture in first post I post it MSI CAMERA drive picture

when is invisible -"for hidden device" ,,.,.is fully dead

try ec reset .,.,but missing device - hwdefect
"drivers is only OEM windows" .,,.no need drivers

I tried download last version of SCM and did EC reset unfourtanetly didn't work still not showing up

Odd. When I had the same issue all I had to do was install SCM (not Dragon Center) and then start it up, enable the Webcam and then the device was suddenly found again :S

Which version of SCM you installed?
Make sure you try fn + f6 again after you installed SCM.

Check if it's in the "hidden device" in Device Manger as what @next3r suggested.
