I have a B550 Gaming Plus motherboard and a MSI Forge 100r case with the ARGB Hub. I connected my case fans, the fans from my MSI liquid cooler to the HUB and then the hub to the JRAINBOW1. WHen i go to Dragon Center and then the Mystic Light, the only component that is detected is the motherboard. Anyone knows why is this happening and how to solve it?

Ah ok. This is good to know, thanks! Right now I have all my lighting going to the 6 slot hub built into the case. That is then plugged into Jrainbow 1. Is this ok to not overload the header? I can always take the cooler RGB off it and put it in jrainbow2 if that’s better to do.
Should be OK if it has a Sata power connection on it but if not would not go more than 6 devices or see if you can find out the max power rating for it may be in you Manual

It does indeed! Thanks for all the help guys! It’s a little frustrating to see pictures of all these crazy lighting setups and then discover it’s not very straightforward to do. The MSI product images show a cool dual purple and blue effect on all of their aRGB fans, but those must be just captures from a rainbow effect. (Or most likely photoshop simulated)

just copy and paste this from manual!

im having a similar issue with the EZ120 rgb fans with my x870e godlike mobo. i got a set of 3 hooked to the controller in slot one and 1 fan by itself for exhaust hooked into slot 2 i can control fan speed but not the argb of the single fan. its just stays off 90% of the time on boot. the other 10% it cut on and still cant be controlled. msi tech support is a joke and wont help because its fans and not a pre build or their crappy handheld. thinking i should of stayed with asus.
