I just got a GK71 Vigor, and I'm trying to adjust the RGB in Mystic Light, but the program crashes as soon as I click into keyboard settings. It works just fine with my motherboard and RAM settings, which is good, because I accidentally ended up reinstalling MSI Center and erasing my RGB settings and had to redo them.

Any and all troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked for firmware updates for the keyboard?

So, I kinda just ran into this sorta....but with my Vigor GK50 Elite.
I've been moving to using a Microsoft Surface Book 3 as my main general driving PC anymore (away from my GE66 Raider machine) because I do a lot of photo editing.
That being said, when I first installed MSI Center, it never gave me any options to install any of the software (mystic light, gaming gear, etc....). It wasn't until a few reboots later that I managed to get the options to actually install that software to be able to control the keyboard.

After getting those options, and installing, and rebooting, it did come up and I can now control it.

I've gone through Device Manager and MSI Center's Support, but I haven't seen anything for the keyboard in particular. Going through MSI's product support page only brought me to re-downloading MSI Center.
