Mystic Light not an option

I've installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled the MSI center 3 times now and still cannot get Mystic Light to even show up in the app. Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong?

Which model do you have?
Check the Feature sets tab, you should download Mystic light manually.
