Mystic Light not detecting Corsair ST100 & Qck Prism

My mystic light is not detecting Corsair ST100 & Qck Prism even though they should be supported as it says on the website: https://www.msi.com/Landing/mystic-light-rgb-gaming-pc/compatible-products

Does anyone know how to fix this or what I should do? Support had no idea.

After restarting and unplugging and plugging devices I finally got the headset stand corsair st100 to show up. Still haven't seen the mousepad

Spoke to soon... Now my motherboard and fans are not lighting up at all.

After uninstalling, trying dragon center, uninstalling that, reinstalling msi center I found the fix to be toggling the "Mystic Light" toggle while in the mystic light window. That turned the fan rgbs back on. Still no luck on the mousepad.

Figured it out... It looks like these may be two separate products. Following link from MSI:

ive found that to get corsair products to work with mystic light, you need Icue installed, probable need to dot he same with steel series if you have the problem again.
