Need help in creating a bootable CD BIOS disk

Hi there, i was hoping to update my Bios to 1.5b1 from 1.3 on my p965 platinum, but i dont have a floppy drive, so i would need to use CD. Any help on how to create the Bios disk and what to do once it's been made would be appreciated.

P.S. I do know about the dangers of flashing the Bios, but would like to update anyway.

Hello,
board should power on(&keep the power) with or without CPU installed.
think we can exclude CPU as failure component. CPU should be fine.
