hi why i cannot find the files of BIOS on USB. i want to change my proc from ryzen 3 3200G to ryzen 4 4350G but i need to update my bios
i read on this forums there is a problem on this model A320M PRO-E

Reason its not Seeing it is Because you have a OEM Motherboard that was used in a pre-built PC not a Retail Version so its using a Different BIOS Version and you would need to Crossflash the BIOS to the Retail Version that you can learn about here: https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?threads/msi-a320m-pro-e-e7a36ams-i00.398123/#post-2264871

Is there a new BIOS update that might fix this issue? The USB ports on my motherboard aren't working properly—they won't detect some of my USB devices. I also tried plugging the same devices into different motherboard USB ports, but the problem is still the same. Some devices are simply not detected.

By the way, my current BIOS version is E7A36AMS.143.
